Yes. The TestFlight beta is completely free — no credit card, no trial, no surprise bill. When Lodvy launches commercially in 2026, beta testers will get an extended free period and discount; details to follow as we get closer to 1.0.
You can, but we recommend setting up a test property first to get a feel for the app. The beta is stable, but it's still a beta — there will be bugs, occasional data wipes between major updates, and breaking changes. If you want to run real bookings on it, please email us first at beta@lodvy.com so we can flag you for special care.
Beta data lives on encrypted EU-based infrastructure (Supabase, hosted in Frankfurt). We're a Greek company, so the GDPR is our home turf. You can request a full data export or deletion at any time by emailing privacy@lodvy.com. We won't sell, share, or train AI models on your data — that's not the business we're in.
Both the iPhone + iPad and Android phone + tablet betas run through full launch in 2026. We ship updates roughly every two weeks. You can leave any time by deleting the app, removing yourself from TestFlight (Apple), or leaving the testing program in Play Store (Android).
iPad is live now — the same TestFlight link installs on both iPhone and iPad, no separate sign-up needed. Android phone + tablet are also live as a Google Play closed test. Email beta@lodvy.com with the Google account address you'll use on your Android device — that's the address we need to add you as a tester. You'll get a Play Store opt-in link back, usually within a day.
Not at all. The app is fully bilingual English/Greek and switches based on your phone's language setting. The team replies in English or Greek, whichever you prefer.
Three options. (1) On iPhone or iPad, inside TestFlight tap Send Beta Feedback for a quick screenshot & comment. On Android phone or tablet, use the Play Store's Send feedback link on the Lodvy listing. (2) Shake your device while inside the Lodvy app on either platform to launch the in-app feedback panel. (3) Email beta@lodvy.com directly. Every email gets a human reply within a day or two.
Yes — please do. Once you're in, you can invite your reception staff and housekeeping team straight from the app's Settings → Team. On iPhone / iPad they'll use the same TestFlight link you did. On Android phone / tablet, ask them to email beta@lodvy.com with their Google account so we can add them to the closed test.
